Avoiding Drift and Neglect

Avoid Drift and Neglect
Avoid Drift and Neglect by Setting Goals

Every morning I get up and read my goals for the day. I create the goals the night before. They are based on where I want my focus to be. (My actions follow my focus).

Right now, I’m in personal development mode. That means I’m identifying personal weaknesses and tackling them.

Personal goals influence business and work related goals. I can assure you if your employees aren’t making personal goals they won’t do it in the work environment. And it will be your business that suffers for it.
