Your Customers Don’t Care What You Care About

Tell a Story how your product or service benefits your customer.

Your customers don’t really care about your product.

They care about the experience they’ll have with that product.

 I’m tired of businesses telling their ‘audience’ how great their product is. Of course it is.

Do you really want to admit your product isn’t the best?

Not every product or person can be the first, the best or the only solution. Someone is in second place. Someone finishes school in last place.

What if it’s not about being first? What if it’s about the experience your customers will have with your product?
