The Solstice and your Business

Today is winter solstice. It is the shortest day of the year. Scientists will happily discuss the axial tilt of the planet’s polar hemisphere. Historians mention Julius Caesar and his famous Julian Calendar. Vivaldi properly composed The Four Seasons (Le quattro stagioni) in 1725.

Your business also goes through seasons. There are times when sales are sparse. Other times, they are kindly robust. There is an ebb and flow to business interaction and that ebb and flow requires appropriate action. Communication and marketing outreach efforts also mirror a company’s seasons.

Knowing the season of your company gives you the space to clearly communicate your core message. Want examples of companies that practice this?
